1. Information We Collect

We collect ZERO personal information.

Travel Time Tracker does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. The app operates entirely on your device and your personal iCloud account.

2. How Your Data is Stored

All data you enter into Travel Time Tracker, including:

• Location entries (states and countries)
• Dates of travel
• Purpose notes
• Any other information you enter

...is stored exclusively in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework.

What this means for you:

• Your data syncs across your Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account
• Your data is protected by Apple's security measures and your iCloud password
• We (the app developers) cannot access, view, or retrieve your data
• Your data is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, process, or have access to:

• Your name, email address, or contact information
• Your location data or GPS coordinates
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Any personally identifiable information
• Any data you enter into the app

4. Third-Party Services

Travel Time Tracker uses only one third-party service:

• Apple iCloud - For data storage and sync across your devices. Your use of iCloud is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not use:

• Analytics services (no Google Analytics, no Firebase, etc.)
• Advertising networks
• Social media integrations
• Any other third-party tracking or data collection services

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with anyone.

Since we don't collect your data, we have nothing to share. Your information remains entirely within your control in your iCloud account.

6. Children's Privacy

Travel Time Tracker does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The app does not require any personal information to function.

7. Your Rights and Control

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is visible within the app
• Modify: You can edit any entry at any time
• Delete: You can delete individual entries or uninstall the app to remove all local data
• Export: Your data in iCloud can be managed through your Apple ID settings

To completely remove your data:

1. Delete the app from all your devices
2. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Travel Time Tracker → Delete Data

8. Security

Your data security is handled by:

• Apple's iCloud security - Industry-standard encryption and security measures
• Your device security - Protected by your device passcode/biometric authentication
• Your iCloud password - Only you have access to your iCloud data

Since we don't collect or store your data on our servers, there is no risk of a data breach from our end.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Since we don't collect your contact information, we cannot notify you directly of changes. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

10. International Users

Travel Time Tracker is available worldwide. Your data storage location is determined by your iCloud account settings and is managed by Apple.

11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have certain rights regarding their personal information. However, since Travel Time Tracker does not collect, sell, or share any personal information, these rights are not applicable. We have no personal information to disclose, delete, or port.

12. GDPR Compliance (European Users)

Travel Time Tracker complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by design:

• Data Minimization: We collect zero personal data
• Purpose Limitation: No data processing occurs outside your device
• Storage Limitation: Data is only stored in your personal iCloud
• Data Portability: Your data is always accessible to you
• Right to Erasure: You can delete your data at any time
